Welcome to PBO Ukraine. Born from the experience and passion of Norwegian veterans, we transfer world-class maritime expertise to Ukraine. Our mission is twofold: equipping the Ukrainian armed forces with state-of-the-art vessels and underwater ROV technology while preparing for expansion into the European marine industry.
